Knowing the staggering numbers that this pandemic has attained in just a few months is testimony to the importance of such an endeavor. Despite the costs associated with the eventual implementation of this solution, most would agree that a price cannot be put on the lives it could save and the economic catastrophe it could avert. Aside from combating an adverse situation, Project HÉROE presents a unique and exciting opportunity to do tangible good. Outside of patient care and research spaces, there is space allotted for progressive learning environments that run a global interface. Green spaces on the roof help provide exceptional locally grown food and enhance the wellness experience. The drive to promote positivity extends beyond the design itself; it is integrated into the methodology of the project.
