The design inspiration comes from the rotation. The base surface of each floor is semi-circle. As the floor become higher, the size of the floor become smaller as well.The tower contains 40 floors, and there are 10 feet between each floor. The Tower rotates 360 degrees total, and rotate 90 degrees after 10 floors.

In addition, for the surface skin, I put the fish skin panel around it. The panel will rotate based on the sunshine.During the morning and afternoon time, the panel will be open toward the sun. During the morning and afternoon time, the panel will be open toward the sun.

During the lunch time which is the hottest time in a day, the panel will close and save the AC energy inside.
